INTRODUCTION

To ensure a smooth submission process, we encourage all prospective authors to carefully review the abstract submission guidelines. Adhering to these instructions will help ensure that your abstract is considered for inclusion. Please note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract that does not meet the outlined requirements.

GENERAL ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

  1. The Scientific Committee encourages the submission of original scientific materials that have not been presented elsewhere.

  2. Research categories and topics:

    • Ethical and Religious Consideration in Modern Medicine

    • Digital Health and AI for Shariah Compliance Healthcare

    • Innovations in Shariah-Compliant Medical Technologies and Emerging Healthcare Advances

    • Mind, Body, and Faith: Addressing Cancer Care and Mental Wellbeing

    • Or anything that related to medical issues.

  3. We invite abstract submissions that explore the integration of advanced technologies with the principles of Shariah-compliant modern medicine including:

    • Preclinical research

    • Translational research

    • Clinical study/trial

    • Systematic and scoping review

    • Clinical case report/case series

  4. Abstracts that closely resemble other versions of the same study or fall outside the scope of the conference theme may be declined.

  5. Abstracts must be written in English and limited to a maximum of 250 words. Please ensure clarity, coherence, and proper grammar throughout.

  6. Abstracts should be thoroughly proofread to avoid grammatical and spelling errors. Kindly note that submissions are final and cannot be edited after submission.

  7. Abstracts must use correct metric units and appropriate mathematical formatting. Please do not include any tables, figures, or images.

  8. Abstracts must strictly follow the formatting template and guidelines provided. Submissions that do not comply will not be considered.

  9. Abstracts must be submitted by 15th August 2025. Accepted presenters must register and complete payment by 31st July 2025 to confirm participation.

  10. Please prepare your abstract by following the abstract submission template and submit in the link below.

ABSTRACT REVIEW AND SELECTION

  1. All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process by a panel of experts to evaluate their relevance and suitability before approval.

  2. Each participant may submit up to three (3) abstracts. Notification of acceptance whether for oral or poster presentation will be sent to the corresponding author by 30th August 2025.

  3. Oral presenters will receive their presentation schedule and detailed guidelines one week prior to the conference. Poster presenters will be informed of their poster number and display board location during on-site registration.

  4. Committee members of I-NuCMI 2025 who wish to submit abstracts (for oral or poster presentations) must not serve as the presenter for their submission(s).

WITHDRAWAL OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACT POLICY

If the author/s wishes to withdraw their abstract after acceptance, they are requested to email the secretariat (nucmiconference2025@gmail.com) within ONE week after being accepted.

RECORDING AND PUBLICATION POLICY

  1. Author Attribution: All listed authors consent to have their names published alongside the abstract in the official conference materials.

  2. Media Consent: Poster and/or oral presentations may be photographed, recorded, or filmed during the conference for documentation and promotional purposes.

  3. Intellectual Property: It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that any potential patent, copyright, or related intellectual property matters are fully resolved prior to submission.
