E-Poster Presentation Guidelines

All posters will be presented digitally and can be viewed on the virtual platform between September 14th and 15th, 2025, in support of environmental sustainability.

For those presenting posters, submission of the digital version through the conference portal is required by September 7th, 2025.

The format for submission should be in PDF.

While the E-Poster should be informative on its own, presenters are encouraged to be present during refreshment breaks and designated poster sessions to engage with viewers and respond to any inquiries.

A sample template is provided below for convenience and may be customized as necessary.

E-Poster Size and Format Guidelines

  • The preferred layout for E-Posters is horizontal (16:9 aspect ratio), and they are ideally prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Each E-Poster should be presented as a single slide.

  • All content on the E-Poster must be presented in English, with attention to grammar, clarity, and professional tone.

  • Please include the following sections clearly in your E-Poster:

    • Title: Concise and consistent with your submitted abstract title.

    • Institution Logo: Place your institution’s or university’s logo at the top left corner.

    • Author(s): List full names and institutional affiliations.

    • Introduction

    • Objectives

    • Methods

    • Results: Use visuals like tables, graphs, and images to support your findings.

    • Conclusion

    • References

    • Acknowledgments (if applicable)

  • Use Arial font throughout your poster for readability.

  • Ensure titles and section headers are in bold.

  • Avoid using italics, as they can reduce legibility from a distance.

  • Use clear spacing and balanced layout to make your E-Poster easy to read and visually appealing.

Illustrations and Usage of Colors in E-Posters

  • Visuals play a key role in capturing attention. Use clear, colorful charts and graphs. Let images do the explaining rather than lengthy text.

  • Be creative with your layout. Arrange content to naturally draw the eye and keep visuals easy to follow.

  • Stick to a consistent and professional color scheme—ideally 2 to 3 complementary colors. Ensure background contrasts well with text.

  • Avoid overly bright, dark, or textured backgrounds.

  • Photographs and figures should be large enough to be seen clearly from a distance.

  • Use only essential and relevant images—ideally no more than 4 to 6.

  • Avoid unrelated or decorative images such as cartoon characters or non-scientific visuals.

  • Ensure tables and graphs are clearly organized, with labels in readable font size suitable for poster viewing.
